  • The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 5:00 p.m., the third Monday (15 days) prior to an election. 

  • Many banks, credit unions, libraries, businesses and organizations offer free notary.

If you were convicted of a felony in Oklahoma, you must fully complete your sentence before registering to vote.  In Oklahoma, this means you must complete incarceration, probation, and parole.
